Southern Coast Management will be starting their 2017 annual inspections on all vacant vacation properties the first week of February. We will be inspecting the condition of furniture, bedspreads, cookware, etc. Each homeowner will receive an inspection sheet with necessary upgrades and suggestions to make their property more appealing to Myrtle Beach visitors. We will also be advising homeowners on their property’s needs for an annual deep clean and/or carpet clean.
